Visioner: Jurnal Pemerintahan Daerah di Indonesia is a scientific journal with the principle of open access, a periodic forum for publishing scientific papers in the field of government science, both literature studies/library studies (theoretical), as well as research results on governance administration. All articles published in Visioner go through the stages of the scientific process of journal articles and have been reviewed by reviewers.

Visioner is published four times a year (2007-2019). The Visioner Journal began published in 2007 and online starting in 2019. Since being accredited in 2023, Visioner Journal has been awarded Sinta 5 status from Volume 12, Issue 2 of 2020 to Volume 17, Issue 3 of 2025 with the management of GoAcademica Consulting, Research & Publishing and Alqaprint Jatinangor Publishers.
