DINAMIKA EKONOMI ISLAM SELAMA BULAN RAMADHAN: SEBUAH ANALISIS HUKUM DAN PRAKTIK EKONOMI UMAT ISLAM

Abstract

Bulan Ramadhan, yang dihormati dalam Islam, tidak hanya memiliki dimensi spiritual tetapi juga mempengaruhi aspek ekonomi kehidupan umat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika ekonomi Islam selama bulan Ramadhan, dengan fokus pada perubahan perilaku konsumsi, praktik bisnis, dan implikasinya terhadap hukum ekonomi Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggabungkan analisis literatur dan studi kasus dari berbagai negara mayoritas Muslim untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana Ramadhan mempengaruhi aktivitas ekonomi dan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ramadhan memberikan dampak signifikan pada pola konsumsi, distribusi kekayaan, dan perilaku pasar, seringkali mengarah pada peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi dan konsumsi. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa peningkatan aktivitas ini harus diimbangi dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah yang menekankan keadilan, transparansi, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana praktik ekonomi selama Ramadhan dapat diintegrasikan dengan prinsip syariah, menawarkan rekomendasi bagi pelaku bisnis dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat ekonomi Ramadhan sambil mempertahankan kepatuhan terhadap hukum Islam.
